Overview

The 5th Symposium on Diabetes in Humanitarian Crises will be held on October 16–17, 2025, at the Mövenpick Hotel Geneva, Switzerland, with virtual participation available. Hosted by the International Alliance for Diabetes Action (IADA) in collaboration with the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine Centre for Global Chronic Conditions, and Mass General Brigham, and supported by The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust, the event will convene global stakeholders working on diabetes in humanitarian contexts for shared learning, strategic dialogue, and joint action to advance equitable and sustainable solutions in humanitarian settings.
